Sarah began working at the front desk at Hair Body & Sol in 2009 and quickly gained a special appreciation for the ladies and gentlemen that played the roles of “daymakers”, creating works of art on the heads of each and every guest who walked through the door. She already had a strong artistic background and passion for making people and things around her beautiful.  She attributes her that to her parents for always letting her experiment with Motley Crue-esque mullet hairstyles and crazy makeup that turned heads – and not always in a good way! Sarah always knew she was meant to end up in the beauty industry. After working as a reservationist for a year and a half, Sarah made up her mind to enroll in cosmetology school. She attended Palomar Institute of Cosmetology in San Marcos and worked extremely hard to graduate as quickly as possible to get back to work at HBS.

As soon as she earned her license, Beth and Brian welcomed her back with open arms and she began the prestigious assisting program working alongside HBS’s Master Stylist and owner, Beth, and learning all of her tips and tricks for creating gorgeous hair. Sarah names Beth as her mentor and credits her for helping to build her clientele and her confidence.

Most would describe Sarah as being highly creative, passionate, honest, attentive to detail, dedicated and always eager to please. Working at Hair Body & Sol has allowed her the opportunity to take countless classes on cutting, coloring and styling to further strengthen her skills. She enjoys every service she provides, from a new haircut to compliment your new “look”, a fun color for any season or just a luxurious shampoo and blow dry for a special night out.
