Vanessa started her career at Hair Body and Sol in 2007 as an assitant to Beth Whitfield, the creator of HBS, after attending the Paul Mitchell School of San Diego. For years Beth mentored, coached and personally taught Vanessa. "Having that one to one learning experience for all those years from a Premiere National Color Educator catapoted my passion and skills in the art of hair." said Vanessa. Vanessa assisted Beth on countless photoshoots, fashion shows, music videos, tv show filmings and daily at Hair Body and Sol. Vanessa continues saying, "Having the unique opportunity to be trained as thoroughly as I have been over the years as an assistant to Beth and as a solo stylist has had a tremendous impact on my desires to be the absolute best hair artist I can be, not for my sake but for my clients! I'm known for my trademark blow dry styles and finishing techniques but don't get me wrong, I can do it all." Vanessa is also certified in Brazilian Blowouts. Brazilian, and specializes in feather extensions, weddings, special events and everyday hair as a color and cut specialist.
